The Founder Behind Twisted Networking

Twisted Networking was founded by Jevonya Allen, a Strategic Advisor and long-time builder of human-centered communities.

After years of leading organizations, coaching professionals, and facilitating conversations across industries and cultures, Jevonya noticed a pattern:

Networking wasn’t failing because people didn’t care, it was failing because the structure was broken.

Most spaces rewarded volume over value and confidence over connection.

So she designed a framework that worked with human behavior instead of against it.

Twisted Networking is the result: a system built on clarity, safety, and intention, designed to help people connect in a way that actually fits who they are.
